Hunting Adventure In Labrador
The Northern Lights Lodge have been in business as hunting outfitters since 1989; offering Caribou hunting and Black Bear hunting. The George River Caribou Herd, which is estimated to number in excess of 750,000 animals making it the largest herd of migrating Caribou in the world. Labrador is also home to some of Canada’s largest Black Bears. The quantity of black bear are estimated at more then 70,000. With minimal hunting pressure on these animals, the success rate is high for the Caribou hunt and Black Bear hunt.
